I bought five Taiyaki today at a new shop near Tokuyama station. The shop's concept is "White Taiyaki." They looks little strange. Then,I ate one and half this afternoon. The dough's texture was like a rice cake.So it was pretty heavy on my stomach. Umm.... It was enough. The taste was good....

今日は徳山駅近くに最近できたらしいお店で、鯛焼きを５個買った。この店は「白いたいやき」の店みたい。変わった感じでしょ〜？　それですでに１．５個食べたんだけど、生地がお餅みたいな感じで胃にもたれる〜〜^_^;　もう十分ですぅ〜。味は美味しいんだけど････。



By the way, my husband desided to stop smoking for the first time in his life. Then he started to use this Rien pipe the other day. To the contraly,I've never smoke in my life. So I never know how hard thing it is. Anyway,GOOD LUCK!!!!!

ところで、旦那さまが･･･人生で初の禁煙を決意した。先日から”離縁パイプ”っていうのを使ってます。それとは逆に私は一度もタバコを吸ったことが無いので、禁煙の辛さ（？）はわかりませんが･･･ガンバレー（*^_^*）

I cooked roasted chicken and curry taste doria for dinner yesterday. And another one was kasujiru-soup. Hahaha. It was not match.
I cooked roasted chicken for the first time. I usually buy it or......cook fried chicken. But....I will try to cook after this. It was pretty good.

昨夜のディナーは･･･ローストチキン＆カレードリアでした。写真に写ってるもう１品は、粕汁(笑)。ミスマッチですねぇ･･･^_^;
ローストチキンは初めて作りました。いつもは買ってくるか･･･から揚げにしてたので。でもこれからは作ろうと思います、なかなか美味しかったし〜。

It's Christmas Eve,isn't it? Eventually,I bought two pieces of cake this morning.
And I'm going to cook roasted chicken for today's dinner.

クリスマスイブですね〜。結局はケーキ･･･買ってしまいました。夕飯にはローストチキンを焼く予定です。

By the way, I started to studying Korean the other day. I bought two books. But it looks harder than I thought. I know absolutely nothing about Hungle letters and pronunciation. There are many kind of tone that you never use in Japanese. Besides I have no idea how to study. Umm..... anyway,I'll try it as hard as possible.

そういえば、先日から韓国語の勉強を始めました。2冊の本を買ったんだけど、これが想像以上に難しそう(><)。ハングル文字や発音については一切何も知らないし。韓国語には、日本語に無い発音がたくさんあるみたい。それにどうやって勉強したらいいのかもよくわからない状態なんだけど、とにかく出来るだけ頑張りま〜す。

Two my friends came my place this morning. And they gave me 5 pieces of cakes. Then we ate one per person. After that,I ate one more. It was today's lunch. Oh....please anyone tell me "Don't eat cakes any more!!!"

今日は午前中にお友達が２人来ました。５つケーキを持ってきてくれて、１個ずつ食べたんだけど、その後、私はまた１個食べて、それが今日の昼ご飯でした^_^;
あぁ・・・・誰か〜〜！もうそれ以上ケーキを食べるな！って注意してください。。。

Finally I went to the cake shop that opend the other day near my house with my friend this Thursday. I choose the white one. It looked interesting. But....it was more like baked confectionery than cake. Umm... My friend's cake was banana cake. It was good.
By the way,I often had some cakes these days. Should I stop eating it on Christmasu day?? Ummmmm...

ついに今週の木曜日に、先日オープンしたばかりの近所のケーキ屋さんにお友達と行ってきました。私は白い方を食べたんだけど・・・見かけがとても気になって選んだけどなんか、ケーキというよりは焼き菓子みたいな感じでした。お友達のはバナナのケーキで美味しかった♪　
なんか最近、頻繁にケーキを食べているんだけど、クリスマスにケーキを食べるのを辞めるべきでしょうか〜〜？？？

One friend of mime who is a very good baker gave me a Stollen yesterday.
I love Stollen. And I want to eat it every this season. But...as you know it is pretty expensive,like a cake. So I usually can't get it.
Then,she send me!!! Wow!!! I'm very very happy.
I already had 2pieces. Yeah,this taste!! Oh.....I love you:-P

とってもパン作りが上手な友達が、昨日シュトーレンを送ってくれました。
大好きなシュトーレン♪　この時期、毎年食べたくてしょうがないんだけど、ご存じのように結構高い(><)なので食べれなかったんだけど、送ってもらったんで〜〜〜す^m^
とっても嬉しい♪既に２切れ食べちゃたけど、そうそう！この味！！！あぁ〜〜大好き♪
ありがと〜〜〜〜〜。

　カルククス　ヤンニョムチキン
韓国料理　ホットック

　I went to Korean cooking class yesterday for the first time.
　One my friend have a Korean conversation class at her house once a week. The teacher is a student of Tokuyama Univ.from Korea.
　My friend and another 5 or 6 people have been studying Korean for about 3years. And they went to Seoul this summer,I heard. Their skill of Korean conversation is totally opposite with me.
　But,fortunetely the teacher can speak Japanese very well. So we talked in Japanese yesterday.
　And we cooked four kind of dishes. One of them was Korean style udon. It was homemade noodle. The teacher made it for us. It was really great! Does Korean people always have hand made udon at their house??? I have no idea. But she made it easily!
　Next dish was....fried chicken with hot sauce. And....fried Korean style rice cake with hot sauce. And the last one was Korean sweets.
　I can't write these dish's name in Roman alphabet. So I'm very sorry.
　They were good!! Two hot things weren't too hot. I like rice cake dish and sweets.
Someday,I want to try to take a real Korean class. It looked fun.

　And today, I took an anual check up. The doctor said "You must got treatment for anemia."

　昨日は初めて韓国料理教室に参加しました。
　友達が家で週に一度韓国語教室を開いてて、先生は韓国から徳山大学に留学している女子大生！　
　友達と他５〜６人の人は既に３年近く韓国語を習っていて、この夏みんなでソウルへ行ったみたい。なので、韓国語のレベルが私とは雲泥の差〜〜^_^;
　でも、先生は日本語ペラペラなので昨日はすべて日本語でＯＫでした。
　４種類のメニューを作って、ひとつめは「カルククス」という韓国のうどん。麺は手打ち麺で先生が打ってくれました。すごく上手だった〜〜！韓国人って普段から家で手打ち麺のうどんを食べてるのかなあ？^_^;　よくわかりませんが、先生はいとも簡単そうに打ってました〜〜（＾ｖ＾）
　次の料理は「ヤンニョムチキン」という、揚げたチキンに甘辛いソースをかけたもの。それからトッポッキ用の餅を揚げて、これまた甘辛いソースをかけたもの。そして最後は、韓国のおやつ「ホットック」。
　全部美味しかったし、辛いソースもそれほど辛く無かった♪特に私は餅の甘辛ソースとホットックが気に入りました〜〜♪
　いつか韓国語の授業にも参加してみたいな〜〜。楽しそうだったもん。

　それから今日は、年に一度の成人病検診でした。
お医者さんに「絶対、貧血の治療を受けてください」と言われた(~_~;)

I had some oysters again last night. That time,I cooked oyster chowder and sauteed soy sauce and butter.
They had not smell yesterday,too. And I was able to eat them. Phew.
And,and...I had my hair cut today's morning for the first time in five months. But I had cut only 1cm,so nobady find it,I guess.

昨夜は再び牡蠣を食べた〜。今度は牡蠣チャウダーとﾊﾞﾀｰ醤油焼きをしたんだけど、昨日も臭みも無く食べれました♪
それから・・・今朝は、５か月ぶりに美容院へ行きました。でも１ｃｍカットしただけなので誰も気づかないことでしょう･･･。

My husband said "I wanna eat fried-oyster",when he watched "Chubo-desuyo"on TV Saturday's night.
Then,we went to get some oysters to West Hiroshima yesterday morning.

土曜の夜、テレビで「チューボーですよ」を見ていて、旦那さんが「牡蠣ﾌﾗｲを食べたくなってきた！」と言うので・・・
昨日（日曜日）の午前中に西広島(大竹）まで牡蠣を買いに出かけました。

You can get shell-on oyster at the farm. But I dared bought shelled oyster 500g. First,I said "300g please,because I will have them two people." But the farm stuff said "You should buy 500g. So,you can cook some fried oysters,oyster rice and vinegared oysters." Umm... After that I bought 500g.
To tell you the truth,my husband and I don't like oyster very much. We can only eat fried them every this season.
Oh......how should I do??? Can I eat all them?? I was worried on my way home.

行った直売所では殻付きで牡蠣を買えるんだけど、あえてむき身を500ｇ買いました。最初「2人で食べるから、300ｇください」って言ったんだけど、「５００ｇ買ったら、牡蠣ﾌﾗｲと牡蠣ご飯と酢牡蠣ができるよ」と勧められ、500ｇも買ってしまった〜〜（＞＜）
実は実は、私たちは牡蠣があまり好きでは無くて、いつもフライしか食べないというのに〜〜((+_+))
それで、帰りながら「全部食べれるのかなぁ？」ってめっちゃ心配になってきました。

Finally I cooked 20 fried oysters and rice dish includes oysters.
I cooked the rice for the first time,besides eat it,too.
Then,it wasn't bad!! Maybe it was really fresh oyster,so it had not special kind of smell. And,all of oyster were really big and beautiful.
There are some oysters in my fridge now. What should I cook for today's dinner?
I have no idea.
And,in the end,I can never say "I like oyster." Hahaha...

結局、牡蠣ﾌﾗｲを２０個と、牡蠣ご飯を作りました。牡蠣ごはんなんて初めて作ったし、食べるのも初めて。
でも悪くなかったです！　たぶん牡蠣がとっても新鮮だったので独特の臭みが無かったからだと思う。牡蠣の粒も大きくて、きれいだったし・・・。
冷蔵庫にまだ牡蠣が残っているんだけど、今日は何を作ろうかな？思いつかないな〜^_^;
でも、結局は・・・「牡蠣が好き」とは決して言えません〜〜私。ハハハ・・・。

It was snowing here today. I went out for shopping to one supermarket near my house.Then,it was freesing wind. But now,it turn clear.

さっき雪が降っていました。買物に出たら凍りそうに寒かった（＞＜）でももう晴れてきたけど・・・。

Finally I finished to print out a New Year's card of my parents and my parents-in-law little while ago. After this,I have to design mine.
By the way,I find a new cake shop near my house today!! It opend befoe I know it. Besides the shop has cafe. I wanna go there.8->.

ついさっき、両親＆旦那さんの両親の年賀状を印刷し終わりました。これから自分のを考えなくては。。^_^;
それから、今日、近所に新しいケーキ屋さんを発見！知らぬ間にオープンしてました。
カフェもあるみたいなので、行きたい〜〜っ！

　　　　広島で久々に虹を発見！

Have a look at this!! I saw a rainbow the day before yesterday in Hiroshima after a long time. How beautiful!!! I don't know why,I used to see it often in Yokkaichi,but I hardly see it here. So I was happy!

見てください！　一昨日広島で虹を見ました。綺麗〜〜！　何でかわからないけど、四日市では結構よく虹を見たケド、ココではほとんど見ません。。。　だから嬉しかった。

ソバ・・・碧水庵　天せいろ

And...I went out to eat soba noodle for lunch yesterday. The restaurant called "Hekisuian." It was pretty near by my house. I've been there a few times before. I had "Ten seiro-soba noodle with Tempra-"yestreday. The soba was really really
hard to chew and very tasty. I love it.

それから昨日の昼ご飯は・・・家から結構近い場所にある「碧水庵」というお店に食べに行った。以前にも何度か行ったお店なんだけど・・・。私は昨日は「天せいろ」を注文。ココのお蕎麦は、ホント〜〜に凄い歯ごたえがあってめっちゃ美味しい〜〜♪大好き。
