2004/11/22 (月) 19:38:49 The other day, my friend gave me two quince. Then, I confited it in honey. I know that is very good for our throat. I will be try it a week later.	この前、お友達に花梨の実をいただき ました。それをハチミツ漬けにしました。 喉に良いらしいので、１週間後に飲んで みようと思います。

2004/11/18 (木) 16:43:49 I took a walk to one supermarket pretty far from my house early evening yesterday. It took a hour. Though, when I arrived there I saw it was closed, because of under construction for renewal(?). Oh,God! I can't complain. So I went to another one on foot. Finally, I walked around my town about 100minutes. Maybe I burned a lot of calories yesterday,too. How nice!! By the way, I had good happning today. I went to super- market by bicycle this morning. I didn't have an umbrella. Then, when I stopped at a red light on my way home, it's already begun to rain. And then, one elderly woman said to me"get under the umbrella if you like". But the light changed right away,so I only said "Thank you". She was very kindly. I felt comfortable something.	昨日の夕方、歩いて結構遠いスーパーへ 行った。１時間ぐらい歩いたかな〜？ それなのに到着してみたら、改装工事中で 閉まってた…>_<…あ〜あ。 仕方が無いので、別のスーパーまで再び 歩いた。結局100分間歩いて、昨日もたくさん カロリー消費したと思う。それは良いことだわ！ それと、今朝は自転車で傘を持たずにスーパ ーへ行った。そしたら帰りに既に雨が降って いて、信号待ちをしていたら、年配の女性が 「よかったら入ってください」って傘に入れて くれようとしたが、すぐに信号が変わったので お礼だけ言った。。。 すごく親切な人〜♪　気分がよくなりました。
2004/11/16 (火) 17:09:00 When I saw the sky, I felt that the winter is just around the corner. I played tennis today,too. There were 8 people and we got two court, so we almost had to play without a rest for two hours. So hard for me, but I enjoyed it.	今日、空を見たら冬がもうすぐそこだと 感じた。　今日もテニスで、8人来て２面 コートを取ったので、ほとんど2時間休み 無くテニスした。。。かなりハードだったけど 楽しかった〜。
2004/11/15 (月) 15:47:58 I went to Hirugano plateau yesterday. There was the "Bokka no Sato". It was the theme park of flower and green. Besides, there were many Jersey cows, sheeps, goats horses and rabbits. You can touch every animals. Especially the newborn calf has soft coat, so I like it. I ate lunch at one retaurant, it was buffet style, for 1,600yen.(include soft drink). But...everything were not good. I felt that I wasted my money! By the way, there were not beautiful flowers and greens, because of this season. Anyway, it was pretty cold, 10degrees there. After that, I took a hot spring bath at Itadri. I felt good.	昨日は、ひるがの高原にある「牧歌の里」 へ行った。花と緑のテーマパークで、 ジャージー牛、羊、ヤギ、馬、ウサギが たくさん居ました。触れ合えるんですよ〜。 特に赤ちゃん牛の毛並みが柔らかくて 大好きです♪ で、某レストランでバイキングのランチを 食べたんだけど、全部イマイチでした…>_<… 1600円だったし勿体無いことしたわ｡｡｡ それとこのシーズンなので、綺麗な花も緑も 無かったですよf(^ー^; で、昨日はそこは１０℃しかなくてかなり 寒かったです。 帰りに板取温泉に入って帰りました〜。
2004/11/12 (金) 22:39:29 I went to Nagoya after a while today, becauseI went to the hospital to see my friend.See seemed pretty worse than I expected...... I hope she get well as soon as possible.	今日は久しぶり名古屋へいきました。 入院している友達に会いに。　彼女は私が 思ってたより悪そうだった。 一刻も早く元気になられるよう祈ります〜！
2004/11/09 (火) 18:30:50 I played tennis after a long time today. It was pretty hot, so I got a tan. After that, I went to McDonaid's and ate a McGRAND for the first time. It was not bad, but too big for me. By the way, I saw Yuta Tabuse was off the roster in the news paper. Besides, it said that it would be hard to get on the bench again to him. Too sad!! I believe he never give up.	今日は久しぶりにテニスをした。結構暑かった し日焼けした…>_<…その後、マクドナルドで マックグランを食べてみた。まあまあだったけど 私には大きすぎた。。。 田臥勇太がベンチからはずされたと新聞で見た。 それに再びベンチ入りをゲットするのはかなり 難しいらしい。。ショック！ だけど、彼は諦めないと信じてるっ！！
2004/11/08 (月) 16:35:16 I run through the Suzuka Skyline Road yesterday. I saw many beautiful color of lieves. I didn't know about they already change color. So I was lucky!	昨日、鈴鹿スカイラインを通ったら、綺麗な 紅葉を見れた！　すでにこんなに紅葉してる とは知らなかったのでラッキーでした。

I will cheer a Phoenix Suns, and....Philadelphia 76ers.	田臥勇太選手は、日本人初のNBA選手。 初戦に出場し１０分間で７点もゲットしました。 カッコイイ！　今シーズンはフェニックス・サンズ とフィラデルフィア７６ｅｒｓを応援するつもりです。
2004/11/05 (金) 14:21:43 The other day, I went to Akame 48 Falls. There were many beautiful falls. We have to walk get there and back about 8,500m. Besides the way is pretty dangelous and hard. I did it for 3 hours. I updated some pictures my Photo&Trip site. By the way, finally I had a test of my stomach by gastro camera. If I had chosen a fluoroscopy, I would not get the result now. The gastro camera was easy to find some troubles, I thought. Then, I took it. Of course my doctor didn't use an anesthetic except a throat. I saffered when swallowing very much. But I made it through...... And, the result, my stomach has nothing bad. What a relief!!! So, what does cause of my stomachache?? Oh,well. Maybe I need not much care. Take it easy!	先日、赤目四十八滝へ行きました。 綺麗な滝がたくさんあって、往復で約8,500ｍ も歩かないといけないし、道が危険な場所も あるんだけど3時間で歩けました。写真をアップ したのでまた見てください。 ところで、昨日ついに胃カメラでした。もし 透視（ﾊﾞﾘｳﾑ）を選んでいたら結果に納得で きていないだろうと思います。先生は喉の麻酔 しか使わなかったので、飲み込むときに結構苦 しんだけど、なんとか出来ました。 で、結果は、全く異常無しです。良かった〜。 でも、胃が痛くなるのは何でだろう？？ まあいい。そんなに心配することは無さそう。 気楽にしていよう〜〜〜っと。
2004/11/02 (火) 16:21:18 A couple of my friend came to my house by the ferry from Sapporo today. We met each other for the first time in over two years. We talked a lot of things and I got a lot of sweets of Hokkaido. How nice! I'm happy! Actually I wanted to be with them more, but they had to go to another place by the end of the day. So I have just said good bye them. I wonder when we can meet next time.	友達夫婦が今日、札幌からフェリー で私の家に来ました。2年以上ぶりに 会ったのでたくさん話しをして、たくさん 美味しい北海道のお菓子をもらいました。 とっても幸せ〜♪　本当はもっと一緒に 居たかったのだけど今日中に他の場所 移動しなければダメみたいでさっき別れ ました。今度会えるのはいつなのかなぁ？
2004/11/01 (月) 21:22:23 I'm going to have a test of stomach this Thursday. Today,my coctor asked me which did you choose Brium or Camera. I could not decide witch to choo- se righat away. I asked "Do you put me an anesthe- tic?" He said "Only the throat." Umm... In fact, I have had it three times at another hospital. That time, the doctor put me a weak it,so I could be patient. I'm diffident without it. Then, I choose an Barium. I know camera is better. Well, I will take an Barium. I hope my stomach has not problem!! But, it might has something,I feel. My GOD! Help me!!	今週の木曜に胃の検査を受けます。今日 先生にバリウムとカメラどっちにしますか？と 聞かれたけど、すぐに決められなかった…>_<…　で、麻酔を使うのか質問してみたら、 「喉だけ」って言われました。私は胃カメラを ３回飲んだことがあるんだけど、その時は 軽い麻酔を使ったので我慢できました。 麻酔無しでは我慢できないかも〜〜(T.T) で、バリウムを選びました。カメラの方が いいってことは分かってるんだけどネ。 なんともなければいいけど！　神様お願い！
